The most common inspection method involves conducting leak tests using devices such as helium leak detectors, which perform reliability tests for the airtightness of parts and equipment. In such testing devices, calibration equipment for standard leaks is essential, primarily using membrane-type and capillary-type calibration leaks. These can be prone to damage or clogging due to environmental conditions or handling, requiring frequent replacements. When the frequency of leak tests is high, addressing these issues can become a challenge in improving productivity. The Pureon SCE series is a product that enables the introduction of various gases directly as molecular flow into a vacuum chamber from a viscous flow state without passing through an intermediate flow. It can be used as an alternative to conventional calibration leaks. Utilizing the ultra-high precision filter technology that Pureon has developed over many years, it features characteristics that make it resistant to damage and clogging. By using the SCE series, it becomes possible to conduct inspections with higher productivity and reliability than before.
