In the manufacturing process of cardboard sheets (made of paper), plywood has been used for many years as a transport base for the finished cardboard sheets (in a laminated state). However, there were issues with weight, safety, and durability with the plywood base, and you were looking for an alternative product. Issues: 1. Since the base is for cardboard raw paper, the plywood is large and quite heavy, resulting in a significant burden during setup and cleanup. 2. Although it is transported on a roller conveyor, if the base bends, it can hinder the transfer between conveyors. 3. There have been past incidents where broken pieces of plywood or splinters have caused injuries to workers. 4. Plywood can crack, and its durability is not high at all.

We have produced a desk mat using high-rigidity plastic corrugated sheets. *Plastic corrugated refers to cardboard made of plastic. Points: 1. By adopting thick hollow-structured plastic corrugated sheets, we have achieved significant weight reduction, weighing less than half compared to plywood. 2. Using a high-rigidity grade and high-hardness surface material minimizes deflection and ensures transport performance. 3. It is less prone to cracking compared to plywood, and by sealing the edges, safety is further enhanced. (Edge sealing treatment can accommodate up to 160 mm). 4. It has very high durability and is made primarily from polypropylene, making it excellent for recycling.
