EOG Monitoring System (EOM-5000)

This product is the "EOG Monitoring System (EOM-5000)," which combines control equipment, a recording device/printer, a cooling unit, and a cart with the EOG monitoring system (EOM-3000) that can continuously and automatically measure the EO concentration by sampling EO gas within the EOG sterilizer. It allows for continuous automatic measurement and display of EO concentration in accordance with the sterilization process, recording by the recording device, and printing by the printer, enabling safe and efficient sterilization operations. ■Overview of EO Gas Concentration Meter (EOM-3000) 1. Connect the sterilizer and the EO gas concentration meter (EOM-3000) via a gas introduction tube to sample the EO gas inside the sterilizer, measure (analyze) the EO gas concentration, and display it. Additionally, the measured EO concentration can be output externally (to a recorder, etc.). 2. Measurement of EO gas concentration (automatic monitoring and manual measurement) can be performed. 3. Thus, the EO gas concentration meter (EOM-3000) can measure the EO concentration inside the sterilizer and provide external output. (Note): There is an EO gas concentration meter (EOM-5000) that combines the EO gas concentration meter (EOM-3000) with optional control devices, recorders, printers, etc., allowing for concentration measurements tailored to the sterilization conditions of EO gas sterilizers.

■Overview of the Mobile Alarm Device for Caregiving 1. The alarm device is composed of a general security alarm system consisting of an alarm, a pin switch, and a battery (DC4.5V), to which a temperature memory sensor (with switching function) is connected, creating an abnormal temperature alarm with security features. An external input terminal is provided in the circuit, allowing connection to a call button via a plug. 2. The pin switch serves as both a security and emergency switch, and also functions for alarm testing. 3. Each device body and pin switch is equipped with a strap, providing both security and emergency functions. 4. The mobile alarm device for caregiving can be attached to the body, bed, or chair, allowing the user to press the call button to trigger an alarm. (1) During rehabilitation or walks, if an emergency arises such as danger, theft, snatching, or health issues, the emergency can be reported through the call button or stick pin switch, triggering an electronic buzzer alarm. 5. If the mobile alarm device for caregiving is hung in a room, it can alert to abnormal temperatures associated with fire. (1) In the event of an emergency such as a call for help or health issues indoors, pressing the call button will trigger an electronic buzzer alarm to notify of the emergency. (2) If a fire occurs in the room, the temperature memory sensor will detect the abnormal temperature associated with the fire, and the electronic buzzer will alert to the abnormal temperature related to the fire.

■Overview of EOG Sterilization Monitoring Device 1. The EOG sterilizer (chamber) is connected to the EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-3000) via a gas introduction pipe, allowing for sampling of the EO gas within the chamber to measure and display the EO gas concentration. 2. The measured EO concentration can be output externally (to a recorder or printer). 3. Measurement of EO gas concentration can be performed (both automatic monitoring and manual measurement). 4. Thus, the EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-3000) can measure the EO concentration within the sterilizer and output it externally. 5. There is an EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000) that combines control equipment, recorders, and printers. Its feature is that it can measure concentrations tailored to the sterilization conditions of the EO gas sterilizer. 6. An EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S) is equipped with a sampling switch, allowing for automatic continuous measurement of the EO gas concentration in multiple EOG sterilizers with just one EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S).
