The Smart Film Vacuum Conditioner (SVC) is equipment that enables the degassing and dehydration pretreatment of PET film, as well as heating the film in a tension-free state, allowing for the adjustment of thermal shrinkage (flattening) and continuous crystallization processing of the ITO film. ■ Equipment Features • Produces ultra-low thermal shrinkage film of less than 0.1% by thermally treating the film in a tension-free state • Capable of heating to a uniform substrate temperature (flattening of the substrate) • The plasma section (treatment) is positioned in the rewinding chamber to maintain high vacuum in the process chamber • Utilizes a squeeze valve to maintain vacuum in the process chamber while alternating between the winding chamber vent and the film * Contract processing available
