The JSRLP series is a low-pressure control regulator specifically designed for biopharmaceutical applications.
The product's wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel and undergo electropolishing treatment, and the diaphragm uses a Jorond diaphragm that complies with the regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. There are no exposed screw parts on the underside of this diaphragm, making it highly effective for extremely clean gas pressure control. Additionally, its high flow characteristics and wide rangeability make it suitable for various biopharmaceutical applications that require precise pressure control, ensuring a reliable product.

The diaphragm is a Jorlon diaphragm certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which, despite having superior strength compared to common Teflon materials, is highly flexible and capable of stable pressure control. The sheet material can be selected from Teflon or PEEK, both of which guarantee bubble-tight sealing characteristics. Additionally, during maintenance, the replacement of the sheet component can be easily performed from the bottom, eliminating the need to remove the valve from the piping. The pressure setting range is 0.007-0.52 MPa, and the Cv value ranges from 0.012 to 0.8.
