Revamping shock absorption methods, we have developed a smart and lightweight protective fence rich in functionality.
The OK bridge protective fence was developed with a concept of simple design that harmonizes with any road landscape, in addition to the high functionality required for safety and durability. We aim to create materials that serve as partners in safety and landscape formation. The OK steel bridge protective fence has fundamentally re-evaluated the method of shock absorption based on the "Guidelines for the Development of Protective Fences Considering Landscape," resulting in the development of a "smart and lightweight protective fence" rich in functionality. Furthermore, in response to the recent era of repair work and the diverse needs of users for the renovation of non-compliant protective fences, we utilize welding robots and laser processing machines to provide excellent responsiveness and "lightness." ■YouTube Page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdRoGKJ8X24 This video clearly showcases our manufacturing process! Since its establishment in 1941, the Osaka High-Quality Casting Iron Group has pursued meticulous product creation and high-quality products for over half a century, adapting to advancements in casting and technological innovation while catering to a wide variety of small quantities. In 2009, we received the "Osaka Prefecture Manufacturing Excellence Award 2009" from Osaka Prefecture, and we will continue to move forward with traditional techniques and advanced production technologies. Our company operates a consistent production system from processing and assembly to painting using high-precision, high-quality casting technology, manufacturing and selling precision cast components for hydraulic equipment, internal combustion engines, agricultural machinery, and marine applications. We specialize in producing highly complex hydraulic valve assemblies and high-value-added products (such as control valves and monoblocks used in large construction machinery hydraulic components) that cannot be manufactured overseas, making us one of the leading manufacturers of precision cast iron castings in Japan. Additionally, our Landscape Business Division manufactures products such as protective fences for bridges that leverage the advantages of castings, and the "OK" brand protective fences have been introduced across the country.
