The vapor generation system consists of a liquid flow regulator, MFC for carrier gas, a temperature-controlled mixing valve, and an evaporation unit. The system can accommodate liquid flow rates from 0.25 to 1200 g/h, resulting in the production of saturated vapor flows from 50 mln/min to 100 ln/min.
