Achieves double the transmission torque compared to conventional models (compared to our company), with a simple jaw coupling.
This is a simple structure coupling that sandwiches a buffer material called an element (polyurethane elastomer) between two hubs. We have prepared two types of elements with different hardness levels to choose from, depending on the responsiveness in torque transmission and the amount of misalignment. Additionally, the polyurethane elastomer used for the element allows for double the torque transmission (compared to our previous models) and is designed with pre-compression on the element, enabling use with no backlash. The material of the hubs is aluminum alloy, and you can choose between key fastening and clamp fastening for securing to the shaft. 【Features】 ○ No backlash ○ Highly flexible For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
