This is a small autoclave device that can rapidly accelerate curing for testing the alkali-silica reaction of mortar bar specimens based on JIS A 1804. It features simple and accurate control of temperature maintenance and temperature rise gradient, with a structure designed to ensure uniform temperature distribution during heating and cooling, as well as a consistent flow of cooling water. It can also be used for quality assessment of recycled aggregate H and for testing the pop-out phenomenon caused by aggregates.
