It enables power transmission with excellent flexibility and absorption of vibrations and shocks.
It enables power transmission with excellent flexibility and vibration/shock absorption. Power is transmitted by elastic rubber, which excels in absorbing vibrations and shocks, thereby reducing noise from machinery. The rubber part of the elastomer consists of polygonal rubber and aluminum inserts embedded at its vertices, each of which is firmly bonded through vulcanization. By bolting this rubber body to the cylindrical hub and flange hub in both radial and axial directions, power transmission through the rubber body is achieved. In particular, the radial bolting creates a pre-compressed structure in the rubber body, allowing for power transmission with excellent flexibility and vibration/shock absorption. 【Basic Specifications】 ○ Continuous Torque: 10N·m to 5000N·m ○ Outer Diameter: Φ 56mm to 370mm ○ Hole Diameter: Φ d1: 9mm to 115mm / d2: 9mm to 130mm ○ Operating Ambient Temperature: -30℃ to 95℃ For more details, please contact us.
