During the screw tightening operation, the built-in motor captures the number of rotation pulses generated and automatically detects any tightening defects. After tightening one screw, the driver recognizes the maximum and minimum pulse counts required to reach the component and sets the acceptable range for judgment. If screws of different sizes are used during the operation or if the bit lifts during tightening, the pulse count will fall outside the range, leading to a determination of a defect. When a defect is detected, an alarm sounds, and a pass/fail judgment on the screw tightening is made. An LED indicating PASS (pass) or Fail (fail) lights up on the main unit's small screen to inform the operator. It is also possible to connect to a network for centralized management. - It operates when connected to a power source. (DC 30V / 20V) Safe and secure design with low voltage output.

The detection of poor screw tightening is easy, which enhances peace of mind during work. - Confirmation through pulse management is achieved for deep hole operations where the bottom surface is not visible. - Prevents tightening of screws with different lengths. - Detects pinching of wiring cables during assembly. - Detects insufficient torque during screw tightening. - By connecting with external input/output, centralized management via network connection is possible. (External input/output dedicated cables are sold separately.)
