  Not only can we design devices to test building components such as wall panels and sashes, but we can also design equipment to test the structures themselves. Marui can manufacture both types of artificial weather devices listed below. ○ "Two-room type" ... Simultaneously reproduces different temperature and humidity environments on the indoor and outdoor sides to conduct insulation performance and durability tests on building components such as wall panels and sashes. ○ "One-room type" ... Conducts performance tests on structures. After thoroughly understanding your requirements and testing conditions, we will propose and design the most suitable artificial weather device for you, including device size, temperature and humidity control range, irradiation, and rainfall devices.

  Weather conditions in cold regions can also be reproduced! Outdoor conditions can be temperature-controlled from -30 to +60 °C, allowing for the simulation of harsh outdoor temperatures in cold regions. Humidity can be controlled over a wide range of 20 to 80% RH, enabling environmental testing under various climate conditions. (We can also accommodate low humidity conditions in the range of 10 to 40 °C.) Additionally, the temperature and humidity control mechanism is designed for energy efficiency. (Note that the diagrams are examples. The range of temperature and humidity control may vary depending on specifications.)

  We provide irradiation devices tailored to your desired specifications. We will design and prepare irradiation devices according to your requirements. ● Movable type … Can be removed from the device when not needed. Suitable for users who will use the device for a wide range of testing applications. ● Fixed type … The irradiation device is embedded and installed in the walls (and ceiling) of an outdoor environmental chamber. Suitable for users who primarily conduct irradiation tests. Additionally, we control the devices using a unique method based on our accumulated know-how, ensuring stable temperature distribution and irradiation at any position of the test specimen.

  A rainfall device capable of reproducing heavy rain of 200mm/h has been designed and can be installed (based on performance data from a single-room type). Additionally, the floor is designed with a slope to ensure rapid drainage even when receiving such a large volume of water. Furthermore, it features a load-bearing structure suitable for the installation of test specimens using forklifts, as well as an insulated structure that prevents external condensation due to thermal conduction.

  It is also possible to conduct JIS A 4710 "Thermal Performance Testing of Building Components" (two-room type) by adding a "heating box," "airflow blowing device," and "recording device" to design the equipment for conducting the test.
