Introducing examples of the adoption of solenoids and VCMs that have inherited the technology of "Sorak"!
Escraft, with experienced expert engineers, shapes customer requests and contributes to the progress and development of society through the supply of excellent products. Here are some examples of Escraft's electromagnetic actuator applications. [Case 1] Environmental Equipment We have designed and mass-produced a custom low-cost VCM, which has been evaluated. [Case 2] Textile Equipment We have proposed and mass-produced a custom rotary solenoid, which has been evaluated. [Case 3] Automatic Door Lock Most of our solenoids are silent types. They are appreciated for use in places where operational noise is a concern. [Case 4] Replacement from Other Actuators They operate solely on electrical equipment without the need for air compressors or vertical piping. They are used as replacements for air-driven valves and others. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
This device uses the magnetic force generated by energizing a coil as power and functions as an actuator. It features a solenoid (linear or rotary) designed to eliminate noise generated during operation. The rotary solenoid is based on an advanced structure of the reluctance-type pulse motor principle, designed to be silent due to having no contact points other than the bearings. The linear solenoid applies the principle of a linear pulse motor, with a design that allows for a continuous path without any stopping points for the movable iron core, resulting in silent operation. Leveraging these characteristics, it has numerous applications ranging from industrial equipment that require noise reduction to precision machinery. It achieves a long lifespan of several million to tens of millions of operations, and its reliability is highly valued in automation lines where failures are not tolerated. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
