Digital nip measuring device that facilitates the numerical management of nip pressure.
The "Pressure Indicator" developed by Nip Control AB, based in Lund, Sweden, is a measuring instrument that instantaneously measures and digitally displays the nip pressure between rubber rolls/cylinders in various converting processes, including coating and laminating. Roll nip pressure can vary significantly due to factors such as "type of roll, passage of time, and on-site environment." To maintain high product quality and efficiently transfer sheets, regular checks and adjustments are essential. The Pressure Indicator is handheld, allowing this task to be performed accurately and easily, thereby assisting users in "improving quality" and "standardizing operations through numerical management." 【Specifications】 <Standard Use> ○ Pressure Indicator Main Unit P102HP ○ Sensor PS35001 ○ Calibration Tool C101-PI <Low Pressure Use> ○ Pressure Indicator Main Unit (for Low Pressure) P102LP ○ Sensor (for Low Pressure) PS35005 ○ Calibration Tool (for Low Pressure) CAL40PS For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
In particular, Gadelius has played an important role as a bridge for companies expanding from Sweden to Japan. Most of the Swedish companies currently active in Japan, such as ABB, Flect, SKF, Ericsson, and Heganas, started their businesses through Gadelius. Additionally, most of the industrial machinery widely used in Japan, including paper pulp digesters, air preheaters for power plants, and industrial elevators, were supplied by Gadelius. These achievements have been recognized, and Gadelius has even been awarded a medal by the King of Sweden. Currently, in addition to departments related to these industrial machines, there is also a department specialized in disaster response for issues such as water damage and flooding.
