Injection Molding Although there are initial costs such as mold production, it is suitable for mass production of complex-shaped products, which allows for relatively low ongoing costs. We respond to diverse customer requests with four types of injection molding machines (270t, 315t, 550t, 850t). Vacuum Forming Unlike injection molding and sheet metal pressing, molds only require either a concave or convex shape, resulting in shorter production times and reduced costs. Additionally, changes in product design are easy, and small-batch production of various types is a specialty of vacuum (pressure) forming. The vacuum (pressure) forming machine has a maximum area of 1500mm x 2800mm, with deep drawing capabilities up to 750mm (1000mm x 1500mm), contributing to value-added proposals for customers.
