For applications such as laminate rollers that require high heat resistance, we recommend the heat-resistant silicone rubber "SHC series." Compared to general silicone rubber, it exhibits less change in physical properties due to thermal aging and is suitable for use at high temperatures. In addition to heat resistance, if thermal conductivity is required, we recommend the "SNC series." It has more than three times the thermal conductivity compared to regular natural rubber, allowing for rapid heating and cooling. This helps reduce the energy and time required for heating and cooling, as well as prevent uneven heating. If high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance are also needed in addition to heat resistance, we recommend "HW-rubber." It offers abrasion resistance and mechanical strength comparable to urethane rubber while demonstrating better heat resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance than nitrile rubber.
