【Case Study】 ○ The key of the pump: "Shaft (main axis)" → Corrosion and damage occur at the mechanical seal mounting part, preventing the shaft's sealing capability. → Measure the shaft's balance (axial runout) to confirm there is no torsional strain, and apply thermal spraying to regenerate the corroded and damaged areas. ○ The lifeblood of the pump: "Impeller" → The disassembled impeller undergoes dynamic balance measurement as needed, and additional processing is performed based on the measurement results. → By ensuring the balance of the impeller, pump vibrations are reduced, minimizing the impact on the mechanical seal and ball bearings. ○ Protecting the pump: "Mechanical Seal" → A critical component that prevents water ingress into the motor. → Damage to the sliding surfaces due to aging can lead to water ingress failures. → During overhaul, the shaft is repaired, and the mechanical seal is replaced with a new one. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
