It is a hybrid pulse jet dust collector that uses both a cyclone and a bag filter.
The Razecron RC Series Type-SBT achieves a dust collection efficiency of over 99.9% through hybrid dust collection using a cyclone and bag filter. It enables continuous operation thanks to the adoption of a high-performance bag filter with a pulse jet cleaning system. The cyclone also prevents filter damage during the suction of sparks and allows for the selection of various filter materials, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The use of a unique inner and outer surface filtration sewn filter (TJD filter) and pulse jet nozzle (TJ nozzle) ensures sufficient filter area while maintaining a compact and slim design. 【Features】 ○ Excellent dust collection performance of over 99.9% ○ Stable continuous operation with pulse jet technology ○ Space-saving and compact design with unique sewn filter ○ Selectable filter materials according to application ○ Abundant body design tailored to location For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
Our company was founded in 1945 and has been engaged in the design and manufacturing of various types of blowers. In response to requests from users during the development of domestic industries, we have also designed and manufactured air transport systems and dust collection devices. In 1972, in order to contribute to the pollution problems that can be seen as distortions of industrial development, we reorganized into a corporation, expanded our manufacturing capabilities, and worked on development. We have sent out products that reflect the needs of various applications, such as our unique Razecron RC-type dust collector, for woodworking, metalworking, chemical products, food processing, and more, to various production sites. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for the development and design of products that are optimal for improving the environment in production sites, contribute even more to "monozukuri" (manufacturing), and work to support the management of important users' environments in the future.
