【Usage Effects】 [Toyocleaner TD-1] ○ Rapid diffusion on the surface of molten metal, with extremely low emissions of smoke and irritating odors during reaction, making it an ultra-low pollution flux. ○ Carries oxides and non-metallic inclusions that are mixed and absorbed in the molten metal to the molten surface, creating dry slag. ○ The dry slag results in less metal loss and improved yield. ○ Prevents oxidation of the molten surface and maintains the covering effect for a longer time. ○ Quick cooling of the slag after removal, providing excellent workability. [Toyocleaner OTM-1] ○ Softens hardened aluminum oxide, making its removal easier.
