The ultra-compact Sirocco fan in the photo has 24 blades arranged with a shape (thickness of 0.2mm and length of 11mm). Based on the product drawings received from the customer, we conduct flow analysis to predict issues from the mold design stage. By incorporating countermeasures for those issues into the prototype mold, we have enabled a smooth and speedy process from prototype mold production to prototype molding, and then to mass production mold production and mass production molding.
