Perfectly coated! The variations of the products are infinitely expanding.
The "KARA-AGE BOY KRB-500 model" is a rotary flower coating machine that incorporates the principle of rolling and tapping the flour by hand to coat the ingredients. The flour coating process often causes flour to become airborne, which deteriorates the working environment and can lead to health issues and malfunctions in other machines. The "KARA AGE-BOY" is equipped with a flour recovery clean mechanism, ensuring safety and peace of mind. It perfectly coats small items and irregularly shaped ingredients, which was difficult with conventional machines. It significantly contributes to increasing sales by creating innovative menu items, from meat and fish to vegetables and snack foods. 【Features】 ○ Equipped with a mechanism to prevent flour from becoming airborne ○ Allows for the necessary amount of flour to be supplied based on the materials, resulting in minimal waste and high cost-effectiveness ○ Very easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain, making it accessible for anyone ○ Can be used immediately after cleaning ○ Random input of ingredients is acceptable, improving production efficiency For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
In recent years, the economic situation has been bringing significant changes to our lifestyles. Particularly in terms of diet, both dining out and eating at home demand factors such as "taste," "texture," "appearance," "variety," and "grade," making the improvement of quality and feeling a major theme in the food industry. Mycock Industry Co., Ltd. has developed the "Auto Breader PB Series for Fresh Breadcrumbs" as a new model to meet these needs. This machine allows for the rational and beautiful production of products with fresh breadcrumbs for fried foods, achieving the world's first automation of the "hand-wrapping sensation" through the adoption of air mechanisms. The elements of texture that are sought after for a refreshing and more enjoyable experience are brought to life by this machine, enhancing the true value of the ingredients beyond their inherent flavors. Furthermore, the process of applying fresh breadcrumbs, which was traditionally done mostly by hand, is liberated from skilled labor through the use of this machine, achieving high efficiency and quality with comfortable operability. Additionally, sanitation is ensured, as disassembly, cleaning, and assembly require no tools or time, promising truly all-around perfect performance.
