Traditionally, the Thomson blade had a processing limit of up to 3mm thickness for PC, but with the new processing method developed by Tokiwa Industry, it is now possible to punch up to 10mm thickness. Since a dedicated blade type is used, there are no advantages for small-scale processing, but for around 100 to 1000 pieces, the processing cost at Tokiwa Industry is about 1/2 to 1/3 of the machining cost.
