The ORB card authentication door controller TCR-15L series is an access control system that unlocks the electric lock of a door simply by touching a card and records logs (unlock history). It can use both PIN code authentication via a keypad and card authentication. The main unit performs card authentication, keypad input authentication, log (access history) management, and electric lock control all on its own, and it has network functionality that automatically saves log information to a PC via LAN. With the built-in clock, accurate timestamps are recorded in the access history, and the access history stored in the main unit can be checked anytime on a PC with the included management software installed. This model is ideal for those seeking high security through dual authentication with a card and PIN code, as well as for those who want a system that allows access even without a card using a PIN code. It can also be useful for managing employee working hours, a need that has been increasing due to the enforcement of the Work Style Reform Bill.
