The "Seal-glo UV Curing Moisture-Proof Insulating Coating Agent" is a moisture-proof insulating coating agent that protects circuit boards from moisture, condensation, oil, dust, mold, and other causes of corrosion and disconnection. Even in a thin film, it exhibits high moisture resistance and electrical properties! It also prevents corrosion caused by sulfur gas. Additionally, it can cure in a short time (approximately 20 seconds) under UV irradiation, increasing productivity! Furthermore, by using moisture-assisted curing, it achieves high curing performance even in non-irradiated areas. Compared to the commonly used solvent-evaporating types, the UV curing moisture-proof insulating coating agent is VOC-free, meaning it does not contain solvent components and is considerate of human health and the environment. It is also not classified as a hazardous material for transportation, making air transport possible. Since there are no solvent volatile components, it remains 99.9% as a coating film, allowing for a significant reduction in the amount of liquid used! It can be applied in thick films, making it possible to replace urethane potting and to provide thixotropic properties, enabling partial potting on component leads.
