We would like to introduce pure iron-based soft magnetic materials with excellent magnetic properties.
With the increase in electromagnetic components associated with automobiles and electrical appliances, there is a growing demand for improvements in magnetic properties and environmental adaptability. Therefore, we would like to introduce pure iron-based soft magnetic materials that excel in magnetic properties, specifically 'ELCH2', a standard from Kobe Steel, and 'ELCH2S', which has improved machinability. 'ELCH2' possesses the characteristics of soft magnetic materials, including high magnetic flux density, high permeability, and low coercivity, while 'ELCH2S' enhances machinability by adding sulfur (S) instead of lead, thereby demonstrating a reduction in environmental impact. 【Effects of ELCH2(S) Applications】 ○ Magnetic flux density improves to 1.5 times that of S10C (at 500A/m) ○ The required core material can be reduced to 2/3 ○ The magnetic properties of ELCH are superior to those of S10C magnetic annealed materials → Comparable or better properties can be achieved without magnetic annealing For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
