We manage the particle (fine particle) control on the inner surface of the bag for each lot using a liquid fine particle measuring device (particle size of 2μ to 40μ), and it is used for packaging products that require high-level cleanliness. It complies with various testing standards of JP standards and international standards (USP, EP, CFR21, etc.). Additionally, we also offer DMF Type 3 registered products.

●Production Environment We produce in a clean room with a cleanliness level of ISO class 6 (class 1000). ●About Raw Materials We use low-density polyethylene (LDPE) raw materials of radical polymerization type without any additives, so there is no concern about particle generation due to additive bleed-out (agglomeration and powdering).
