★Our company's four-electrode resistance meter accurately measures the resistance values (Ω/□) of metal films deposited on thin films (1μm), foils, and the resistivity (mΩ·cm) of low-resistance films and sheets without variation. ★We launched a resistivity meter (volume resistivity meter) for flat bars made of copper and aluminum in September 2015, capable of measuring at the μΩ·cm level. ★It comes with a reliable traceability certificate. ★A standard resistor for calibration is included. ★It can measure the resistance values (Ω/□) of extremely small pattern deposits of 3×3mm and 4×4mm.
