Utilizing our expertise in stringent quality control for nuclear applications, as well as the management of documentation and quality records, and the technology for long and circumferential welds on items subject to inspection by welding contractors, we manufacture not only items subject to such inspections but also prefabricated piping that requires nuclear management, which has a significant track record for the necessary remedial work for the recent restart of nuclear power plants. In particular, we produce and deliver prefabricated piping that combines fittings, flanges, nozzles, and nipples for fire protection piping, which traditionally does not require nuclear management, and we also conduct strength calculations for these flanges, nozzles, and nipples based on JSME (Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards. We can manufacture using both stainless steel and carbon steel (galvanized), and we also respond to various other requests.
