This is a highly durable and high-performance vacuum pump that compactly integrates an inverter-controlled chemical-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump, controller, and solvent recovery unit. The built-in automatic concentration program allows for automatic concentration of mixed solvents in the evaporator. With inverter control, point control at the set pressure is also possible. It is optimal for concentrating high-boiling point solvents such as water and DMF, achieving a pressure of 2 hPa.
