High durability, reliability, and energy-saving! A cylinder that can be locked at any position with no natural drop.
"BEAR-LOC" is a mechanical locking cylinder that locks pistons and rods using the principle of tight fitting. To unlock, pressurized oil (unlock pressure) is injected into the unlock port to create clearance between the tube and the piston (rod). By injecting pressurized oil, the resistance of the piston (rod) is minimized, allowing for movement. Removing the unlock pressure restores the locking force. 【Features】 ○ Can be locked at any position (no natural descent) ○ Requires no power for locking, energy-saving (effective for long-term position holding) ○ Can be unlocked at that position even with reaction force ○ No backlash (enables high-precision position holding) ○ Equipped with overload slip function (no damage from abnormal loads) For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Bear Lock Types】 ○ Piston Lock Type (Unpressurized Lock, Pressurized Lock) → Suitable for devices with a stroke of 2M or less and limited installation space → The most affordable type among Bear Locks ○ Rod Lock Type (Unpressurized Lock, Pressurized Lock, Combined Unpressurized and Pressurized) → Particularly suitable for applications with long strokes (with a maximum record of 5,000 strokes) → Has a locking force record of up to 700 tons → There are many records for just the locking unit type as well ○ Center Hole Jack Type (Unpressurized Lock) → A type that can perform the movement of measuring with just one unit → Compared to other measuring devices, it has a simpler structure and can reliably maintain position → A representative record is the hanging rope pull-in for the temporary construction of the Onaruto Bridge girder by the Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Authority ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
