- The cleaning solution in the tank is circulated with a newly developed degassing pump, and the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank is degassed. - The dissolved oxygen level in the cleaning tank is reduced to a value suitable for ultrasonic cleaning (around 3 mg/L). - The circulation water volume is rapidly degassed at a maximum of 36 L/min (inverter variable from 1.2 to 36 L/min). - By increasing the power of the ultrasonic waves, the number of transducers in the tank can be reduced.
