Stop droplets and avoid soil contamination! Additional O-ring to enhance sealing effect.
The "IRC" consists of three types of poppet valve couplings with distinct features. They are used in various applications such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, equipment machinery, and special vehicles. This is a recommended product for tough applications typically used in Nordic countries. The shape of the internal components has been designed efficiently to minimize pressure loss and turbulence within the coupling. 【Features】 ○ The poppet valve is equipped with an elastomer seal, providing maximum sealing performance during disconnection. ○ Optimal O-ring and backup ring for protecting the sealing area. ○ Additional O-rings enhance the sealing effect, preventing splashes and avoiding soil contamination. ○ Compact design. ○ Strong against surge pressure and has high durability with easy operation. 【Differences Between Each Type】 ○ PC Type: Can be connected with residual pressure. ○ X Type: SUS316 body with Viton seal (other types have high-tensile carbon steel body and NBR seal). ○ PL Type: No valve, free flow. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
