Design appearance diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc., based on meetings with customers. 2. Select necessary components according to the appearance diagrams and circuit diagrams. In component selection, we choose the optimal components based on required performance and cost. The components shown in the photo below include switches, variable resistors, and heat sinks, which are compatible with products from Japanese manufacturers, and some are priced at about one-third to half of theirs. We have a wealth of information on overseas products, including those from China, and we select the optimal components from them. 3. Develop the circuit board based on the circuit diagrams, parts lists, and board outline diagrams, and produce prototypes. We can apply moisture-proof insulating material after component mounting on printed circuit boards. The application of moisture-proof insulating material is a standard procedure for our products and helps maintain product performance over a long period in harsh environments, such as high humidity. 4. Proceed with necessary software development and conduct various evaluation tests on the prototypes. We have extensive experience in developing embedded software using C language and assembly language. 5. If modifications are needed based on testing, we will make the necessary adjustments and finalize the product.
