This is a coating diamond micron powder that incorporates three types of chemical elements: nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti), and copper (Cu). It is plated with metal on the surfaces of diamond and CBN, effectively enhancing the holding power, providing good heat dissipation, preventing carbonization during high-speed cutting, alleviating thermal shock, and preventing oxidation and graphitization, resulting in a uniform and dense nickel layer formed on the surface of the diamond.
