This improves throughput by approximately 35% compared to conventional equipment (4 press machines). Additionally, we have introduced the latest equipment to many drive axes, diversifying from traditional air cylinders to motors. This has enabled numerical control via a touch panel, moving away from analog adjustments based on air flow. At the same time, we have minimized maintenance costs associated with parts replacement due to aging.
