There is no worry about sintering distortion! A magnet with good magnetic properties.

"Neodymium compression molded magnets" are magnets with high magnetic strength among isotropic magnets. They are produced through a resin curing process and do not undergo sintering treatment, which eliminates concerns about sintering distortion, allowing for smaller clearance designs during assembly. Due to their relatively good magnetic properties, they are widely used in applications such as stepping motors. Although they are treated for rust prevention, they are prone to rust. Their heat resistance is also somewhat inferior, so caution is needed in such usage environments. 【Features】 ○ High magnetic strength among isotropic magnets ○ Minimal distortion allows for precise design ○ Excellent magnetic properties For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
