The bridging of the powder in the tank is determined by the detection status of the level switch.
Since the bridge in the tank can be automatically detected, it is possible to reduce the operating frequency of air knockers and air blasters that were previously operated regularly. The tank will be designed and manufactured according to the customer's preferences (shape, material, surface treatment). The level gauge for powders can be customized for special shapes and vibration countermeasures. We also sell level switches separately. We will also select air knockers, air blasters, and bridge breakers for bridge prevention measures.

basic information
Install at least two level gauges in the powder tank to determine whether the powder is bridging based on the detection status of each level gauge. The tank will be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements. The standard specification level gauge uses a high-sensitivity capacitive type, which can be used with most powders that have a bulk density of 1.5 kg/L or more. Measures to prevent adhesion to the sensor part and static electricity measures are standard features, and a separate type of amplifier (circuit board) for vibration countermeasures is also available. We also accept inquiries regarding other peripheral equipment and powder-related issues.

Applications/Examples of results
If you are a customer who is currently hammering the tank every time there is a powder bridge in the tank, or if you are troubled by noise from constantly operating air knockers, air purges, etc., and the unnecessary consumption of air, implementing this solution can lead to significant improvements.
