Static electricity prevention resin molding powder particle transport hose Toyotop-E hose
TPE type Toyotop-E hose
Prevent troubles caused by static electricity during raw material transportation in resin molding factories! A special structure hose with long-lasting static electricity prevention features.
Hoses for conveying powder and granular materials (with static electricity prevention) for resin molding equipment. Prevents static electricity generated during the transportation of resin materials (such as pellets), ensuring smooth material transfer! It prevents material clogging inside the hose and color unevenness of pigments. The special structure for static electricity prevention provides long-lasting effectiveness! It can also help reduce production troubles and product defects, contributing to work safety.

basic information
◆ Pipe clogging elimination: By laying special conductive threads, we maintain a high static electricity discharge prevention effect for a long time, preventing clogging of powders and granules, thus increasing productivity. ◆ Elimination of fluid adhesion on the inner surface: Since there is no fluid adhesion on the inner surface of the hose, transparency is maintained, which is effective for work verification. ◆ Safe working environment: There is no unpleasant static electricity discharge to the human body, ensuring safety. ◆ Installation work efficiency: With conductive threads on the outer surface of the hose, simply attaching a dedicated grounding clip eliminates the need for cumbersome stripping work, improving the efficiency of grounding installation.
