basic information
This dynamometer is equipped with four three-component force sensors installed between the top plate and the base plate under high preload. The special arrangement of the sensors minimizes the influence of temperature. Each sensor contains a quartz piezoelectric element, with one responding to force in the Y direction and the other two responding to shear forces in the X and Z directions, respectively. Therefore, forces are effectively measured without displacement. The signals from the four force sensors are output via a 9-pin connector, allowing for the measurement of multi-component force moments. These sensors are grounded and insulated, eliminating ground loop issues. The dynamometer is treated for rust prevention and achieves an IP67 protection rating when connected with cable types 1687B5 and 1677A5.
