Nozzle shapes that cannot be manufactured through machining.
The electric casting small jet nozzle is our company's unique patented technology that uses electric casting (electroforming) to produce nozzles. It enables the manufacturing of fine-shaped nozzles that are difficult to create through machining.
Inquire About This Product
basic information
Electroforming excels in processing precision and can produce fine tapered nozzle shapes with a minimum throat diameter of Φ50μm. Additionally, by combining two or three core molds, various shapes of nozzles such as "Laval nozzles" and "composite jet nozzles" can be created.
Applications/Examples of results
We propose applications for water cutters and high-pressure washers.
