【Explanation of the Principle】 ○ Conventional jackets only utilize the part of the body that contains liquid, but by using a wall wetter, both the jacket side and the body side can always effectively use 100% of the heat transfer surface. ○ The jacket side always performs condensation heat transfer (heating the charge liquid) using the latent heat of the enclosed heat medium or evaporation heat transfer (cooling the charge liquid), achieving heat transfer performance several times greater than conventional devices that utilize sensible heat from hot or cold water, even with a smaller apparatus. ○ Compared to conventional devices, it can switch from heating to rapid cooling instantaneously. [In the case of heating] ○ Steam generated by a lower heat source (heating by electric heater) in the vacuum-maintained jacket, which is at a higher temperature than the liquid temperature in the kettle, is brought into contact with the heat transfer surface to condense, using its latent heat for heating the liquid in the kettle.
