This machine is used for the analysis of components such as ores, minerals, and coal, and is equipped with screens (63μm–300μm–2mm) around the periphery of the grinding chamber. The ground samples are discharged externally as unground material beneath the screen (manually operated). The grinding method efficiently discharges samples through vibration caused by circular motion. The high sample recovery rate of the hybrid mill is due to the impact vibrations from the impact plate and rotor stone, which propagate within the pot and chute, shaking off powder adhesion, resulting in nearly 100% recovery. A new integrated panel has been added, and a timer (minute and second display) is now standard equipment. It is also widely used in the calculation of JIS-A-1154 (test method for chloride ions contained in hardened concrete).
