The "E-15" is a 15-tray electric food dehydrator with a standard tray size of 600×1200. The capacity per tray is 4 to 7 kg, allowing for a maximum drying capacity of 105 kg with all 15 trays. It also features a low-noise sirocco fan, enabling quiet drying even at night.
