The new vacuum gauge from Leybold. The capacitance manometer features a diaphragm made of Inconel, which improves durability against vibrations and shocks. The Pirani uses a MEMS Pirani design. Since there are no moving parts in the sensor section, it has high durability against vibrations and shock events.
