Ideal for drying sticky and adhesive materials!
The "Stirring Type Rotary Dryer" is a dryer capable of drying sewage sludge, fecal sludge, activated sludge, and other viscous and adhesive treatment materials. The materials stirred inside are repeatedly crushed and dispersed by the stirring device, enhancing contact with hot air and allowing for efficient drying. The structure is relatively simple, and it has a large drying capacity. 【Features】 ■ High drying speed ■ Low gas volume, resulting in a small exhaust gas treatment system (dust collection, deodorization) ■ Suitable for materials with high moisture content, viscosity, and adhesiveness ■ Adaptable to variations in sludge ■ The particle size of the dried material generally yields granules with a diameter of about 1 to 5 mm *For more details, please feel free to contact us through our website linked in the related links.
