A strand cooling device that eliminates the difficulties of strand pulling!
The "SNC40-6000 model" is a strand cooling net conveyor that can reliably guide strands to the pelletizer, even in cases where the resin is prone to strand breakage or is too soft to pull strands. It allows for fine adjustments of cooling shower water and air cutting, enabling optimal use for a wide variety of resins. Additionally, it prevents speed variation issues through a synchronization system with the pelletizer. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with resins that are prone to strand breakage ■ Speed adjustment can be done with a single volume control ■ Speed variation issues are prevented by the synchronization system with the pelletizer ■ Unmanned operation is possible with the auto-pelletizing system ■ Capable of operating at speeds up to 120m/min *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
