There are various shapes for wet granulation, such as spherical and ball-shaped, but in some cases, those with high hardness may not be suitable for certain applications. Additionally, extruded materials that undergo thermal changes or have high viscosity and are prone to sticking cannot be processed. However, the screen of this machine is a fully open type at 360°, and since it does not have the so-called "rubbing" mechanism, it can handle materials with low thermal sensitivity and high viscosity. Operation is very simple, and the machine has a small footprint, so it does not take up much space. It is also easy to move.
