A further evolved friction coefficient enhancement system for high-strength bolt joint surfaces!
The "NEOμ Maker P" is a power device that can remove scale and generate rust simply by switching modes. The electrolyte for rust generation does not contain harmful substances and is classified as a regular product, which means the electrolyte for scale removal is also treated as a regular product, eliminating issues related to dust during blasting or sanding. Additionally, the generated rust is similar to a state of prolonged exposure to the atmosphere, with a significantly high μ value, allowing for uniform rust generation regardless of weather or construction conditions. 【Features】 ■ Scale removal and rust generation functions ■ Rust generation is faster than any other method ■ No splatter of toxic liquids from spraying ■ High safety *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Chemical Yamamoto, with the motto of "greater corrosion resistance and shine" for stainless steel, has developed and commercialized new methods such as electrolytic polishing, removal of welding discoloration, surface finishing methods to eliminate rust and dirt, passivation treatment and its identification methods, as well as non-destructive material and material type identification methods that anyone can perform. Additionally, they have created practical metal welding discoloration and rust/dirt removal detergents, electrolytic washing devices for kitchen stainless steel equipment and silverware, and harmless treatment agents for hexavalent chromium hidden in fumes and slag generated during stainless steel welding. Prioritizing safety and non-toxicity for both metals and people, they strive to produce products that can be used with confidence, not limited to stainless steel but encompassing many metals, and have continued to provide numerous patented products. Due to these achievements, they have received several awards, including the "Minister of Science and Technology Award" in 1997, and have been honored with numerous accolades to date.
