High-speed mixing granulator that scrapes off wall adhesion generated during mixing granulation in a sealed state.
The "High-Speed Mixer - Pharmaceutical Specification" is a high-speed granulator that reduces exposure to highly active substances, as it eliminates the need for operators to scrape the walls and lid while the top cover is open. Since the interior of the canister is never opened during granulation or kneading, it avoids contamination from external sources. The scraping blades are specially designed for pharmaceutical use, allowing for easy removal and cleaning. 【Features】 ■ The blades are made of PTFE material. ■ The scraping blades can be removed from the top cover if not needed. ■ Suitable for small (2L) to production machines (2500L).
