This is a device capable of measuring superparamagnetic thin films of size nm at 1×10^-7.
The "High Sensitivity Thin Film Magnetostriction Measurement Device" is a measurement device that allows for the measurement of supermagnetic thin films with a thickness of a few nanometers while maintaining a compact body. By adopting a newly developed ultra-high sensitivity long optical path unit, it has become possible to perform even higher sensitivity measurements with good reproducibility. Please utilize it for zero magnetostriction measurements of ultra-thin films such as GMR and TMR in recent times. 【Features】 ■ Compact ■ High reproducibility ■ High sensitivity measurement *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
